- Punctuality for all scheduled sessions is mandatory. Frequent unexcused absences may result in removal from the batch to accommodate students on the waiting list.
- Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Resources and portal access are intended solely for the individual student enrolled in the course.
2. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Iqra Digital Institute, including but not limited to PDFs, audio recordings, visual charts, and curriculum structures, are the intellectual property of the institute. These materials are for personal, educational use only and may not be distributed, sold, or reproduced without explicit permission.
3. Fee Payment and Refunds
- Registration fees are required to secure your seat and are generally non-refundable.
- We offer two flexible payment structures:
- Monthly Payment: Fees must be paid within the first week of each academic month.
- One-Time Payment: Pay the full course fee upfront to take advantage of our discounted rate.
- Any requests for refunds or batch transfers must be discussed directly with our administration through our official contact channels.
4. Platform Usage
The institute uses Zoom for classes. Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and appropriate hardware (microphone/camera) to participate effectively.
5. Modifications to Terms
Iqra Digital Institute reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, course structures, or fee schedules at any time. Enrolled students will be notified of any significant changes via our official social media platforms or email.
